Lenskart is looking for a Performance Marketing professional to support growth across international markets. The role involves managing performance campaigns for an e-commerce brand, with a strong command of data, numbers, and platform execution!
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other key platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for international markets
- Monitor campaign performance closely and make data-led decisions to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, and overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and cross-functional teams to improve campaign outcomes
- Test and scale new audiences, creatives, funnels, and strategies to unlock growth
- Use AI tools and automation to improve productivity, speed, and marketing efficiency
Required Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience managing ads for an e-commerce brand
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working on numbers, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Exposure to TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads preferred
- Prior experience running campaigns in international markets preferred
- Strong understanding of experimentation, attribution, and campaign optimization
