Role Description
The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing PECTIV's social media strategy, content planning, community engagement, and organic growth across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, storytelling, content creation, influencer marketing, and community building.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PECTIV's social media strategy.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Plan daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Write engaging captions, content briefs, and content concepts.
- Coordinate content shoots, UGC creators, influencers, and photographers.
- Grow organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Manage community engagement and respond to comments and messages when needed.
- Identify trends and create timely content opportunities.
- Organize weekly Instagram/TikTok Live sessions with gynecologists, dermatologists, and industry experts.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and content partnerships.
- Monitor competitor activities and social media trends.
- Work closely with the Creative Designer and E-commerce Growth Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Track and report social media performance and content KPIs.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Experience creating content strategies for ecommerce or consumer brands.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience working with influencers and content creators.
- Strong understanding of branding and community building.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Highly organized, creative, and proactive.
- Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
