Body Restore is a $25M+ wellness and personal care brand best known for creating the #1 shower steamer category on Amazon (60K+ reviews) and a fast-growing lineup across skincare, bath, and self-care. We sell across Amazon, Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx, Shopify D2C, TikTok Shop, and internationally, and we're aggressively scaling our D2C channel in 2026. We're building a creative engine that can out-ship, out-test, and out-learn every competitor in our space. This role is the engine.

The Role

We're hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to own Meta and TikTok creative end-to-end, from insight to brief to launch to iteration. You won't be making pretty ads. You'll be making ads that print money, then figuring out why they worked, then making ten more.

You'll partner directly with the CEO and work alongside our media buyer, video editor, and creator network (including a growing Lighthouse creator program on TikTok Shop). You own the creative P&L: brief quality, testing velocity, winning angle discovery, and ROAS improvement over time.

If you've been the person at your last agency or brand who actually moved the number — not the person who made the deck about moving the number — we want to talk.

What You'll Own

  • Creative strategy across Meta and TikTok — angle development, hook libraries, scroll-stopping concepts grounded in real customer insight (reviews, DMs, UGC, competitor teardowns)
  • Brief writing — clear, specific, production-ready briefs that editors and creators can execute without a dozen clarifying questions
  • Testing roadmap — weekly testing cadence with hypotheses, named variables, and documented learnings. We want a compounding knowledge base, not a pile of ads
  • Creator collaboration — working directly with our UGC creators, Spark Ads partners, and whitelisted talent to translate briefs into authentic content
  • Performance analysis — reading the data, pulling winners into iteration cycles, killing losers fast, reporting on what's working and why
  • Agency and editor direction — briefing external creative partners on concept sprints, giving clear feedback, maintaining the quality bar

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years running performance creative at a DTC brand or performance-focused agency doing real spend ($500K+/month preferred)
  • A portfolio of ads that actually performed — you can walk me through three concepts you shipped, what the hypothesis was, what happened, and what you learned. This matters more than credentials
  • Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok as ad platforms, not just as consumer apps. You know what Advantage+ does to creative testing. You understand Spark Ads mechanics. You read Ads Library for fun
  • Strong writing — hooks, scripts, ad copy. This is not a designer role. Words matter
  • Direct response instincts — you understand the difference between a brand ad and a DR ad, and you know which one we need
  • High velocity, low ego — you'd rather ship 10 tests this week than polish one concept for a month
  • Wellness / beauty / personal care experience is a plus, not required

Compensation:

  • 80K-110K salary depending on experience + performance bonus
