We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer / Meta Ads Creative Specialist to join the Greta Lion team and create high-quality, performance-driven creative for Meta Ads.
This is more than a graphic design role. We're looking for a creative thinker who understands performance marketing, can generate fresh ideas, test different creative approaches, and produce content designed to drive real business results.
Key responsibilities
- Create performance-driven Meta Ads creatives, including static ads, carousels, Stories, and Reels
- Edit high-converting video ads designed to maximize engagement and conversions
- Leverage AI tools to create and enhance advertising creatives
- Develop compelling hooks and test different creative angles
- Write UGC scripts and ad copy, including Primary Text, Headlines, and Descriptions
- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing and continuously expand the creative library
- Adapt creatives for different formats, markets, and platforms
- Research market trends, analyze competitor creatives, and proactively generate new ideas
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce a high volume of performance creatives for continuous testing and optimization
What we're looking for
- Experience creating Meta Ads and performance-driven creative
- The ability to independently create high-quality visuals and edit video content
- A solid understanding of performance marketing and what makes one ad outperform another
- The ability to create thumb-stopping creatives that capture attention within the first few seconds
- Experience with CTR optimization, hooks, UGC, A/B testing, creative angles, and performance creatives
- A strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to bring fresh ideas to the table
