What this role is all about
We're a full-stack marketing agency working with eComm and SaaS clients across the US, Europe, and Asia. This role is posted on behalf of one of our partners, a retention-first creative studio building lifecycle email programs for modern DTC brands. We support the hiring process, but this position is directly with the partner brand, not within our agency.
They're looking for a strong graphic designer, with an eye for eComm, to own the visual layer of their clients' email programs: campaigns, flows, and the templates that hold them together. If you come from a graphic design background and want to go deep on email as a craft, this is for you. The work is varied (a different brand world every week), but the focus is clear: making email feel considered, expressive, and on-brand.
Working language is English. You'll be working with a US-based partner team, so comfortable, fluent English is required.
What you’ll actually do
- Design campaign emails and lifecycle flows for a roster of DTC brands
- Translate each brand's voice and visual identity into modular email systems
- Build mobile-first layouts that hold up across clients, devices, and inboxes
- Work alongside strategy and copy so every send has a reason to exist
- Keep visual consistency across every touchpoint a subscriber sees
What makes you a good candidate
- At least 1+ year of experience as a graphic designer, ideally eComm oriented
- A portfolio showing range across brand voices, not a single signature look
- Strong typography, hierarchy, and layout instincts in tight, vertical spaces
- Sharp taste and visual restraint (you know when to add and when to subtract)
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- A point of view on what makes an email feel like a brand, not a template
