Job Descriptions:
- Support end-to-end packaging development from concept through final production.
- Develop packaging mockups, artwork layouts, and dielines in alignment with brand guidelines and structural requirements.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate artwork submission to vendors.
- Review packaging samples and manage revisions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct packaging evaluations, including compatibility, panel, and transport tests, to ensure functionality and durability.
- Support production execution in collaboration with procurement team, ensuring packaging readiness and compliance.
- Assist in QC and PPOS processes to maintain packaging quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues during sampling and production and maintain proper documentation and version control across projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of packaging materials, structures, and production processes.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop) Knowledge of 3D tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interest in the beauty industry and packaging trends.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
