To support this shift, we need an Operations Director who can help architect this next phase.
Someone who can translate strategy into clear operational roadmaps, scalable systems and disciplined execution across the business.
This role sits on EXCO and will play a central role in building an agency that is operationally sharp and ready for growth.

The type of leader we’re looking for:
A senior agency operations leader who has experience in:
- Turning strategy into clear operational plans and delivery frameworks
- Leading cross-department initiatives or operational transformations
- Using technology and automation to improve how teams work
- Navigating comfortably between EXCO strategy discussions and operational detail
You enjoy building systems, enabling teams and solving complex organisational problems.
