Amazon Graphic Designer / Creative Strategist Jobs in Brazil at Nova Ecommerce Group

We are hiring an Amazon Graphic Designer to own the strategic development and execution of premium marketplace creatives.

This is not a task-based production role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, identify what needs to improve visually without being told, build creative briefs from product and customer analysis, and bring ideas from concept through implementation.

The right person understands that great Amazon creative is not just about making listings look better. It is about increasing click-through rate, improving conversion rate, answering buyer decision questions visually, and creating a premium brand experience that feels custom, polished, and mobile-first.

What You’ll Own

You will lead design for:

  • CTR-optimized main images
  • Amazon infographics
  • A+ Content
  • Amazon Brand Stores
  • Amazon ad creatives

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Develop high-converting Amazon creative that is visually premium, detail-oriented, mobile-optimized, and aligned to each brand’s positioning
  • Translate product analysis, competitor analysis, review mining, and buyer research into strong visual concepts
  • Build creative briefs independently based on our internal product analysis process
  • Create designs that clearly answer buyer decision questions using strong hierarchy, thoughtful white space, and strategic visual storytelling
  • Use design flow intentionally in A+ Content and Brand Stores to guide the shopper’s eye and improve engagement
  • Identify visual weaknesses and missed opportunities in product listings without needing step-by-step direction
  • Recommend what should be improved across images, modules, storefronts, and ad creatives based on conversion principles
  • Bring ideas from ideation to execution, including concepting, layout, design, revision, and final production-ready files
  • Leverage AI tools to augment product photography, generate lifestyle imagery, and accelerate creative workflows while maintaining a premium, realistic output
  • Ensure all work is marketplace-compliant, polished, and built for conversion
  • Self-audit all work for alignment, consistency, accuracy, realism, proportion, mobile readability, and premium brand presentation
  • Partner with strategy and account teams to prioritize the highest-impact visual opportunities
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and use testing data to inform creative recommendations

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio of ecommerce design work
  • Strong understanding of Amazon, including the role of main images, image sequencing, A+ flow, and Store navigation
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, whitespace, typography, composition, and premium visual presentation
  • Deep attention to detail & your superpower is communication
  • Experience collaborating in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong working knowledge of design and organizational tools like Figma, Asana, Trello
  • Experience with AI design tools, including Nano Banana, Scalable or comparable
  • Familiarity with A/B testing workflows for creative
