Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Program Team to develop campaign communication strategies.
Generate main concepts, key visuals, and promotional materials for various campaigns and events.
Produce engaging social media content for promotions, programs, and events especially video editing.
Create and implement branding strategies for social media platforms with consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone within brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into creative concepts.
Develop ideas and concepts that align with various media formats.
Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to convey creative concepts effectively.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Brand Marketing, Agency, Startup, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the Startup & Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Indonesia (experience in this area is a big plus).
Fluent in English, both oral and written (preferred).
Proficient in Adobe Premiere or other video editing tools (a plus).
Ability to develop ideas, concepts, and trends across various media formats.
Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing graphic design, social media, and video content for social media.
Proficient in Figma, Canva or other design tools.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Outstanding communication skills.
