Multimedia Content Producer Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates at Ayat Group
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Content Producer to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, capturing, producing, and editing high-quality visual content that effectively showcases our projects, brand identity, and company activities.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in photography, videography, and graphic design, with the ability to deliver engaging content across digital platforms such as social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Capture professional photos and videos of company events, project sites (ongoing and completed), and promotional activities
- Plan and execute shoots, including storyboarding, shot lists, and scheduling
- Travel to project locations to document progress and final outcomes
Video Production & Editing
- Produce high-quality video content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and digital displays
- Edit videos including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and transitions
- Develop both short-form and long-form content tailored to different platforms
Photography
- Capture high-quality architectural, lifestyle, and event photography
- Edit and retouch images for marketing and promotional use
Graphic Design
Design marketing materials including:
- Social media creatives
- Website visuals
- Banners and advertisements
- Presentation materials
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines
Content Strategy Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop content plans and campaigns
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Optimize content for each platform and target audience
Asset Management
- Organize and maintain a structured digital library of photos, videos, and design assets
- Ensure proper file naming, storage, and easy accessibility
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
- Proven experience in multimedia content production (portfolio required)
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with photography and videography equipment
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based industries
- Basic knowledge of drone videography (if applicable)
