Njord helps the most complex B2B companies in the world win deals that most sales teams don’t even know how to approach. We’re talking Complexity 5 and 6, the kind of deals where there are 15 stakeholders, 3 continents, and a buying committee that doesn’t fully agree on what they’re buying.

Now we’re hiring the person who will make sure the world knows it.
The role.
We’re looking for a Media and Content Production Lead, someone who can walk into a room with some of the sharpest B2B minds in Europe, pull a compelling story out of their heads, and turn it into a video that stops a CEO mid-scroll.
You’ll plan, shoot and edit video. Design assets. Produce live-streamed webinars. Turn a 60-minute recorded session into short-form clips, a carousel, and a long-form article, before lunch.
You won’t be briefing an agency. You’ll be doing the work yourself, with the taste, the tools, and the judgment to know when something is ready.
What you’ll actually do.
• Plan, shoot and edit video: social content, VSLs, ads, customer cases, buyer journey content from awareness through to late-stage decision support
• Produce live-streamed webinars and repurpose the recordings into short-form video, articles, carousels and more
• Design graphical assets: social posts, ads, blog headers, YouTube thumbnails, website visuals
• Work directly with our Thought Leadership Committee, a group of senior practitioners and domain experts, conducting interviews and extracting insights that become the foundation of everything you produce
• Build their personal brands. Build Njord’s brand as a consequence.
You’ll be embedded in the GTM team alongside Bora Brännström, Christopher Engman, Oskar Johansson, Felix Guve Samaras and Viktor Bolin. You’ll know what’s being sold, to whom, and why, and that will make your content sharper than anything produced from a brief alone.
Who we’re looking for.
You’re not a generalist who dabbles in video.
Video is your primary language. Design is your second. Writing is your third. And you’re fluent in all three.
You know how to use AI tools to move faster, but your taste is what makes the output worth publishing. You have a calendar in your head. You think in systems, not one-offs. And you know the difference between content that looks good and content that actually moves people.
Hard skills, in order of importance:
1. Video production, end to end. Plan, shoot, direct, edit.
1. Graphic design, social-native, web-ready, on-brand.
1. Written content, clear, sharp B2B copy.
Soft skills that will make or break this:
• Production planning: you can turn a quarter’s worth of ideas into a shootable schedule
• Project management: multiple formats, multiple stakeholders, zero things dropped
• Content calendar ownership: you run the system, not just the tasks
What we’re not looking for.
Someone who needs hand-holding on creative direction.
Someone who treats deadlines as suggestions.
Someone who can shoot but can’t edit, or design but can’t write.
Someone who’s never worked in a B2B environment and thinks it’s just like B2C but more boring.
It’s not boring. Not here.
The practical stuff.
Stockholm-based. Hybrid.
