Marketing Communications Manager – Media
Job Profile Summary
1. Plan and create the marketing communication media planning and strategy to achieve the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) strategy, covering both offline (ATL) and media channels with a holistic perspective.
2. Develop the execution strategy to ensure that the marketing communication asset is used organically and multi-dimensionally at all touch points.
Job Description
- Participate in the ATL marketing asset media planning process in accordance with the company's brand strategy for effective IMC, while having hands-on experience and understanding both offline and online media planning to ensure full-funnel consistency.
- Agency management: Participate in close communication with both media and creative agencies by delivering clear briefings, thus deriving ideas that align with the communication strategy and the output wanted.
- Participate in the setting of the multi-dimensional execution strategy for both ATL and digital marketing activities which are different by each touch point, and actively contribute strategic recommendations rather than only executional follow-up.
- Gauging and analyzing communication impact: Analyze the communication impact through before and after consumer research, translate insights into strategic learnings, and reflect them in future media and communication strategies.
- Lead the development of reports and Power Point presentations.
- Keep informed on latest industry communication tools through constant upgradation of qualifications and skills.
- Prepare and edit all kinds of communication material to promote and advertise company policy and products, ensuring strategic consistency across channels.

- Perform Market Research, agencies as well and brand teams to optimize investment return for advertising management and media planning.
- Analyze media research as well as translate it into strategy.
- Ensure approval of payment invoices and advertising billing.

- Degree qualification (preferably in Marketing, Media or Communications)
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in Marketing, Media Agency, or related departmentscompanies.
- Media agency experience is a plus.
