Role Description

– Meet with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and expectations for each event.

– Work closely with Operations and Business Development teams to define event concepts and develop proposals that align with client requirements.

– Coordinate and follow up on event preparation, including logistics, materials, vendors, and timelines.

– Ensure the smooth deployment and service delivery during the event, maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

– Collect and analyze customer feedback after events to identify opportunities for improvement.

– Develop and propose new event formats, themes, and event typologies to enhance customer engagement and service offerings.

– Maintain strong client relationships to support long-term collaboration and repeat business. 

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

– At least 02 years of experience in event organization, activation, hospitality, or similar roles.

– Strong communication and client management skills.

– Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

– Creative mindset with a passion for delivering unique event experiences.

– Fluent in Vietnamese and English is an advantage.
