To strengthen our team in 📍 Belgrade, Serbia, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist (Full-time) who will support our marketing activities across the Adriatic region.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage and update the company’s website and social media channels.
- Create engaging marketing content for both digital and offline campaigns.
- Organize and support exhibitions, events, product launches and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop effective marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, agencies and partners.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with Hikvision’s brand guidelines.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with design or marketing tools is considered an advantage.
- Fluent Serbian and English (written and spoken).
- Chinese candidates who speak Serbian are also welcome to apply.
