Job Description

  • Strategic Planning: Architect and execute macro-level social media strategies across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube that align with overarching brand positioning and commercial sales goals
  • Content Calendar Oversight: Hold ultimate accountability for the conceptualization, structuring, and prompt execution of comprehensive monthly content calendars managed by the creative execution team
  • Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and supervise the daily output of the production team (including Social Media Leads, Content Creators, and Graphic Designers) to maintain premium content quality standards
  • Brand Voice & Identity: Establish and safeguard absolute consistency regarding visual identity, tone of voice, and public brand reputation for Clogent across all digital touchpoints
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Partner closely with Paid Ads Specialists and the Ecommerce Manager to ensure organic content pipelines actively fuel paid acquisition efficiency and marketplace promotional campaigns
  • Community Management Strategy: Formulate and implement strategic audience interaction models engineered to optimize engagement rates, build community sentiment, and maximize customer retention
  • Trend & Viral Analysis: Conduct daily landscape monitoring for shifting algorithms and viral micro-trends, delivering rapid, actionable execution briefs to the production team to capitalize on cultural moments
  • Performance Reporting: Systematically audit growth and health metrics (including follower growth, reach, impressions, and engagement rates) to compile objective monthly performance reports for senior management

Qualification

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Public Relations, or a highly relevant academic field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in Social Media Management, with at least 1–2 years successfully leading a creative or digital marketing team. Experience in the skincare or home care industry is highly preferred
  • Platform & Algorithm Mastery: Deep, structural understanding of the latest algorithm parameters, optimization frameworks, and feature updates native to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Leadership Capabilities: Mature leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, inspire, and keep cross-functional creative individuals accountable to deadlines
  • Creative Acumen: Superb creative storytelling abilities combined with a sharp eye for contemporary digital aesthetics and visual trends
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical proficiency with a track record of transforming abstract social platform analytics into structured, high-performing content strategies
  • Industry & Tool Literacy: Highly knowledgeable regarding digital marketing innovations, emerging AI content productivity tools, and the broader landscape of the retail and fashion industries
  • Stress Tolerance: Proven ability to deliver consistent results under tight, high-volume schedules against aggressive growth and engagement targets
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to balance multiple content campaigns and overlapping timelines seamlessly
  • Portfolio Requirement: Submission of a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a verifiable track record of building, managing, and scaling corporate social media accounts organically or through paid amplification
