We are a padel company expanding across Indonesia, with six premium clubs offering world-class facilities, high-level coaching, and events. Our mission is to grow the sport of padel and build an active, vibrant and loyal community under high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT
- Create content for Instagram and Tik Tok – Capture photo and video content of matches, players, and events.
- Write engaging captions and adapt content to local audiences.
- Monitor community engagement and respond to messages/comments.
MARKETING & PROMOTION
- Support on the promotion of events, tournaments, and coaching programs to boost participation.
- Support the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns.
- Help design promotional materials (Social Media posts, flyers, banners).
- Help in the coordination with local partners and sponsors.
MARKETING ON SITE
- Help oversee the Pro Shop to make sure all products are well displayed, properly priced, and aligned with brand standards at all times.
EVENTS & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
- Assist in organizing tournaments, social events, and member activities.
- Support at club events.
REPORTING & COORDINATION
- Work closely with the Brand & Marketing director to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications :
- 1–2 years of experience in social media or marketing (sports or hospitality industry preferred)
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Good graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools).
- Good English communication.
- Creative, proactive, and organized with high attention to detail.
- Passionate about sports (ideally padel, tennis, or similar).
- Availability to work occasionally on weekends.
