Sales Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
At Innovative Design, we deliver integrated marketing solutions that help brands create meaningful impact through events, exhibitions, branding, creative, digital marketing, and engagement experiences.
As we continue our expansion across Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who already understands the Saudi market, has an established network, and is ready to drive commercial growth from day one.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business opportunities across our integrated marketing services.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers across multiple industries.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and successfully close high-value opportunities.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with our Creative, Operations, and Client Services teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Represent Innovative Design at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience within a marketing, advertising, branding, events, or creative agency in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- An active network of decision-makers and existing business relationships within the Saudi market.
- Previous experience leading and developing sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is a strong advantage.
