Reports to: VP of Marketing

Staff reporting to this position: Designated marketing specialists, coordinators, designers, contractors, and interns as assigned.

I. General Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving the execution, coordination, and ownership of New U Life’s marketing initiatives across multiple channels and business needs. This position supports the VP of Marketing in bringing campaigns, promotions, product launches, packaging projects, digital marketing initiatives, apparel, sales tools, field communications, creative assets, and brand-building projects to life.

This role requires a highly organized, creative, and multi-talented marketer who can manage projects from concept to completion while working closely with internal teams including Creative, Digital Marketing, Product, Sales, Events, Operations, Compliance, and International Markets. The ideal candidate can think strategically, execute tactically, write clearly, manage deadlines, coordinate details, and help ensure every marketing project supports the New U Life brand, business goals, and field experience.

Required Performance:

WHAT YOU WILL OWN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Own and manage marketing projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, approvals, and final assets are completed with excellence.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product campaigns, promotional campaigns, field incentives, seasonal initiatives, and company-wide marketing pushes.
  • Coordinate product packaging projects, label updates, product messaging, creative briefs, compliance reviews, and final production-ready assets.
  • Work closely with the Creative team to develop marketing collateral, product packaging, digital assets, apparel designs, promotional materials, sales tools, social graphics, print pieces, and event-related materials.
  • Help create and manage high-quality content across multiple channels, including email, social media, web, ads, presentations, flyers, product education, field tools, and campaign assets.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including landing pages, emails, paid ads, organic social content, digital promotions, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Develop creative briefs that clearly communicate the project objective, audience, message, offer, deliverables, timeline, and desired outcome.
  • Assist in writing and refining marketing copy, product messaging, promotional language, campaign headlines, email copy, social captions, ad copy, and field-facing communications.
  • Help ensure all marketing materials align with New U Life’s brand standards, product positioning, compliance guidelines, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Field Development to create tools, campaigns, and promotions that help distributors share products, build their businesses, and drive measurable growth.
  • Own the organization and follow-through of assigned marketing projects, including Asana tasks, deadlines, stakeholder communication, asset routing, feedback collection, and final delivery.
  • Support product launches and product updates by helping coordinate messaging, packaging, education, digital assets, launch campaigns, sales tools, and internal communication.
  • Assist with apparel and merchandise projects, including concept development, vendor coordination, creative direction, design feedback, production details, and launch support.
  • Help develop and execute promotional assets including offer graphics, emails, web banners, social posts, sales tools, recognition assets, and event signage.
  • Analyze campaign performance, sales trends, digital engagement, and field feedback to help improve future marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of New U Life’s products, brand voice, customer needs, distributor behavior, and competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional approvals with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, Sales, Compliance, Operations, International, and Executive leadership as needed.
  • Help support live and digital events through promotional assets, presentations, signage, product tools, apparel, recognition materials, and field-facing communication.
  • Bring creative ideas, practical solutions, and strong follow-through to marketing conversations, campaign planning, and project execution.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

II. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, design, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, project management, product marketing, digital marketing, creative coordination, advertising, content creation, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables at the same time.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development, branding, creative execution, digital marketing, and sales support.
  • Experience writing or editing marketing copy, promotional content, product messaging, social content, emails, ads, or campaign materials.
  • Experience working with creative teams, designers, vendors, printers, digital marketers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Direct sales, wellness, beauty, consumer product, or field-driven marketing experience preferred.

B. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, details, priorities, and communication across multiple projects.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate marketing strategy into clear creative direction and actionable project plans.
  • Ability to manage creative feedback, organize revisions, and ensure final assets meet brand and business expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with packaging, promotional language, compliance-sensitive copy, print materials, and campaign assets.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a fast-moving team.
  • Comfortable managing both strategic and tactical work, from campaign planning to hands-on execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, social media, web, paid ads, and content marketing.
  • Ability to evaluate marketing performance and use data, sales trends, and feedback to improve future campaigns.
  • High level of organization and follow-through with the ability to keep projects moving under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management platforms, and standard marketing tools.

C. Preferred Skills

  • Familiarty with Ai tools ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar creative tools.
  • Experience with product packaging, apparel, merchandise, print production, signage, or vendor coordination.
  • Experience creating briefs for designers, copywriters, digital marketers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of photography, videography, social content creation, ad creation, and creative production.
  • Experience supporting international markets, product launches, events, or direct sales organizations.
