Nellie’s Clean is looking for a creative, resourceful, and ultra-organized Marketing Manager/Content Creator! If you’re a social-savvy storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves clean design and even cleaner content, this one’s for you.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the voice of Nellie’s online and IRL, helping bring our eco-friendly brand to life across all platforms. From producing engaging social content to supporting influencer partnerships and product launches, you’ll help drive meaningful connections with our community—and have fun doing it!

Location: On-site North Vancouver, BC – Full-Time

Important: Position is in office. Must be able to commute to North Vancouver. Pease do not apply if you are not already living in the Vancouver and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and schedule social media content while monitoring analytics to grow subscribers, engagement and sales
  • Design and schedule emails (using Canva and Klaviyo) while monitoring analytics to grow subscribers, engagement and sales revenue
  • Coordinate and execute lifestyle photoshoots for Shopify product listings and social media content
  • Assist with planning, shooting, and editing short-form content (alongside our contracted content creators) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & more – you must be comfortable on camera!
  • Jump into the comments, DMs, and tagged content to help foster and grow our online clean community
  • Track all content performance using analytics, tools and recommend optimizations
  • Support influencer partnerships, affiliate content, giveaways, and brand collaborations
  • Repurpose influencer and user-generated content across platforms
  • Ensure all content is clean, on-brand, and aligns with our mission of sustainable simplicity
  • Help coordinate and occasionally attend events, pop-ups, tradeshows, and demos
  • Stay current on trends in content, cleaning, sustainability, and what’s actually working online

You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation (social media and email), general marketing coordination (internships/freelance count!)
  • 1-3 years of experience using Canva, Klaviyo, Later or similar design/marketing/scheduling platforms
  • A strong eye for visual storytelling, with experience in video editing, reels/TikTok content, and photography
  • Confidence being in front of the camera when needed—you’re not afraid to be part of the story
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
  • Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and Shopify
  • Excellent communication skills and creative writing instincts
  • Passion for sustainability, brand building, and product launching
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects with calm confidence
  • A love for clever, clean design and clever, slightly cheeky copy

💚 Base Salary Range: $65,000/year + quarterly commission after 3 months
