About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing lead to lead and scale our marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and user engagement. You will collaborate with product, creative, and business teams to grow Bookcabin’s presence in the travel market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead campaigns across digital, offline, and partnership channels to grow traffic and conversion.
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals and external partners.
- Oversee branding, content, and communication strategies to ensure a consistent voice.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficiency and ROI across all channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Support product launches, promotions, and key initiatives from a marketing perspective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in OTA, e-commerce, digital platforms, or SaaS companies is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer journey management.
- Solid experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong eye for creative detail and storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with airline, travel, or hospitality brands.
- Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
