Marketing Lead – 360° Digital & E-commerce (DTC Luxury Brand)
Location: Mumbai (WFO)
Experience: 6- 8 years

About the Role
We are an e-commerce-first luxury jewelry brand based in the USA, operating with a lean, fast-moving team.We are looking for a hands-on 360° Marketing Lead who can own digital growth, e-commerce revenue, brand strategy, and multi-channel execution end-to-end.
This is not a specialist or strategy-only role. You will execute, optimize, and drive results across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy (which includes e-comm)
- Own the strategy that takes Jaur to the next phase of growth
- Work closely with website and product teams on conversion improvement
- Partner cross functionally with commercial, product, operations and creative to translate strategy into measurable growth
E-Commerce demand and omnichannel performance
- Work closely with website and product teams on conversion improvement
Track and optimize KPIs such as:
- Traffic
- Conversion rate
- AOV
- Revenue
- ROAS
Performance Marketing, Lifestyle and Conversion
- Own the full demand engine across paid media, CRM and conversion.
- Partner with external partners to own, execute and optimize our Paid Media strategy, email marketing and automation set up (Klaviyo), SMS marketing and social media marketing (organic + paid)
- Turn launches, campaigns and cultural moments into sell-abe brand moments for Jaur
Commercial & Revenue Responsibility
- Own marketing budgets and performance targets
- Drive profitability and growth efficiency
- Track spend vs revenue outcomes
- Optimize campaigns for ROI
(Experience with P&L or revenue targets is a strong plus)
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Help define and evolve brand positioning and storytelling
- Build marketing roadmaps aligned to business goals
- Plan GTM strategies for product launches and key campaigns
Operational Experience (At least one required)
Either:
Website merchandising & PDP optimization
- Homepage and category merchandising
- PDP content, imagery, and conversion optimization
- CRO and testing initiatives
OR
Product launches & campaign management
- Seasonal launches
- Campaign calendars
- Cross-functional GTM execution
Must-Have Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong background in DTC / e-commerce brands (fashion, jewellery, apparel preferred)
- Multi-channel execution experience (not just one channel)
- Commercial mindset with revenue and performance ownership
- Experience working in lean, fast-paced teams
- Experience leading a team and working across time zones
