- Strong operational/project management skills with the ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments where processes, workflows, and solutions are actively evolving
Job Responsibilities::
- Coordinate end-to-end development and delivery of multimedia content including video, podcasts, animation, and interactive educational experiences
- Manage production timelines and execution across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Ensure all content aligns with approved scripts and applicable Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) requirements
- Implement and maintain structured production workflows spanning briefing, scripting, review, production, and delivery phases
- Track asset status, dependencies, approvals, and production risks while escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Clinical, Medical, Regulatory, Behavioral Science, Product Management, UX/Design, and Legal/Compliance teams
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with external production vendors, creative agencies, and freelance contributors
- Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable production requirements and deliverables
- Maintain digital asset libraries, metadata tagging, version control, and retrieval systems
- Support content standardization and optimization for mobile-first digital delivery environments
- Adapt content across therapeutic use cases while maintaining clinical and regulatory consistency
- Ensure audit readiness and traceability of production decisions and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to content operations, workflows, and vendor management models
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Communications, Media, Public Health, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital content production, creative operations, or media program management
- Experience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, or other regulated industries strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of multimedia production including video, audio, animation, and interactive formats
- Experience preparing and managing media assets using enterprise-approved production and editing tools
- Familiarity with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes for patient-facing content
- Experience managing cross-functional workflows within matrixed organizations
- Knowledge of digital asset management systems and content tracking platforms
- Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, multi-format content production in fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail with strong quality control and operational execution capabilities
