Overview

Marketing Lead Jobs in Chester, England, United Kingdom at PFL Healthcare Ltd

Company Description

We are a growing consumer-focused medtech company, working in the sleep breathing space. We define ourselves a Sleep Health Platform: connecting people with products through data for better sleep.

Our model blends direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing with clinical credibility, while also operating across retail and pharmacy channels in the UK and Europe.

We are in a phase of development, transition, and growth which means pace is high, structure is evolving, and there is real opportunity to shape how things are done.

Role Description

This is a pivotal role at the centre of our marketing function.

You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, turning growth plans, and our brand positioning, into coordinated, effective activity across digital and retail channels while ensuring everything we do genuinely connects with our end users.

This is not just about managing campaigns. It’s about thinking like a strategist, creating like a storyteller, and delivering like an operator.

Why This Role Matters

This role is the connective tissue of our marketing function.

Without it, strategy risks staying theoretical and execution becomes fragmented. With it, we create a marketing engine that is aligned, creative, and effective across both digital and retail environments.

You will play a key role in shaping not just what we do, but how we grow.

Salary

£50,000 p/a
