The Opportunity
We are looking for a versatile and resourceful Marketing Generalist Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing engine. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who loves to wear multiple hats—from monitoring paid media performance on Meta to coordinating influencer deliverables and fostering community engagement. You will act as the operational glue that keeps our campaigns running smoothly and our content flowing across social channels. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Paid Media Support: Assist in the execution and maintenance of paid marketing campaigns (primarily Meta), performing basic optimizations and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Influencer Coordination: Manage the logistics of our influencer program, including tracking deliverables, managing partner communications, and ensuring timely execution of contracts.
- Content Repurposing: Take existing long-form content (like blog posts) and transform it into engaging social media posts that align with our brand guidelines.
- Social & Community Management: Handle social media scheduling, posting, and light engagement (DMs/comments), while supporting community initiatives in Slack through engagement prompts.
- Workflow Tracking: Maintain organized records of all marketing activities and campaign statuses using spreadsheets and internal tracking tools.
- Collaborative Execution: Partner with the broader team to launch marketing initiatives and contribute creative ideas for process improvement.
What You Bring
- Digital Marketing Foundation: 1+ year of experience with paid media platforms (Meta preferred) or general digital marketing campaign management.
- Operational Rigor: Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, especially when managing partner deliverables and schedules.
- Data Literacy: Comfortable working within spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) to track performance and workflows.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for professional interaction with internal teams and external influencers.
- Agility: A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to learn new tools quickly and work reliably during US business hours.
Bonus Points if:
- You have prior experience with influencer or affiliate marketing programs.
- You are familiar with managing Instagram or TikTok from a brand/business perspective.
- You have experience in community management or engagement within Slack or similar platforms.
- You are proficient with tools like Notion and Google Workspace.
