SolarSquare | Senior Designer
We’re looking for a Senior Designer who takes full ownership of design. Someone who can independently drive the visual direction while working closely with a small, fast-moving team.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be expected to think, create, and execute; while also helping raise the bar for design around you. From billboards to performance ads, everything should feel cohesive, sharp, and unmistakably SolarSquare.
Key Responsibilitie
s● Own and evolve SolarSquare’s visual identity across all channel
s● Design high-impact creatives across formats: print, outdoor, digital, and performance marketin
g● Ensure consistency in design language across campaigns and platform
s● Translate briefs into clear, compelling visual concept
s● Collaborate closely with marketing, copy, and growth teams to ship work quickly and effectivel
y● Provide thoughtful feedback and direction to improve overall design qualit
y● Bring structure to workflows and help make design output more efficien
t● Help plan and execute shoots end-to-end: moodboards, styling direction
