We’re hiring a full-time Marketing Director at Lumina Productions in Los Angeles.
We’re looking for someone local who can take ownership of our marketing and help lead the next phase of growth for the company.
Lumina is a production company specializing in lighting, audio, LED video walls, staging, and event production for corporate events, private events, experiential activations, and branded experiences. We need someone who understands how to market a service-based business in a competitive space and can turn our work into clear, strong content that brings in the right clients.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong SEO experience
- Experience managing and improving website content
- Ability to oversee content strategy and brand direction
- Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Social media and content planning experience
- Someone who ideally has experience in or around the events industry, production, hospitality, or a related field
This role will include:
- Overseeing Lumina’s marketing strategy
- Managing and improving SEO performance
- Updating website copy and service pages
- Creating content around our projects and capabilities
- Helping position Lumina more clearly in the market
- Working closely with leadership to support sales and growth
We’re looking for someone who is organized, creative, proactive, and able to take initiative.
This is an in-person / local role based in Los Angeles.
