At Clinic Communications, we use social media and digital marketing to help health organisations show up in ways that support health education and improve health literacy across Australia.
We’re growing and are looking for someone to join our team who’s excited by social media and content, and the role they play in reaching and engaging communities across Australia!
What you’ll be doing:
→ Managing day-to-day client social media support across a range of health organisations
→ Assisting with content planning, scheduling and publishing across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
→ Supporting the development of social media strategies that align with client goals and health promotion objectives
→ Helping create and adapt content for social media including captions, carousels, reels and graphics
→ Working with clients & the in-house team to bring content ideas to life across digital channels
→ Engaging with clients via email and meetings to support their social media needs and questions
→ Supporting the delivery of content plans, graphic design & ensuring their social media management runs smoothly
→ Contributing ideas for social-first campaigns and digital storytelling approaches
→ Staying across social media changes, platform updates and emerging content formats
→ Assisting with reporting and basic performance insights for social media activity
→ Helping ensure content is accurate, consistent and aligned with AHPRA guidelines
What we’re looking for:
→ A degree in Communications, Public Health, Health Communication or a related field
→ A genuine interest in social media, digital storytelling and health education
→ Some experience in marketing, communications or social media (health or agency experience is a bonus)
→ Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
→ Basic design skills and confidence using tools like Canva or similar
→ An interest in how social media can be used for health promotion and community education
→ Strong organisation and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple content streams
→ A collaborative approach and willingness to work across creative and client teams
