Marketing Coordinator with 3+ years of AEC marketing experience needed for a full-time, hybrid position in Boston. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development and coordination of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. MUST be equally skilled with design and copywriting and be able to show relevant work samples. Salary is 65-83K.

Seeking a creative and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for a design-focused team. This role works closely with leadership and project staff, transforming ideas into engaging print, digital, and multimedia experiences that reflect exceptional brand standards and help win new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create staff bios, project stories, and marketing collateral with a narrative approach.
- Maintain and update all marketing materials in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Research clients, markets, and trends to inform strategy and inspire new ideas.
- Coordinate event and tradeshow materials, as well as content for speaking engagements.
- Support the team by sharing unique strengths and creative perspectives.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) field.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
- Strong writing, organization, and project management skills.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and innovative.
