Overview
Join a dynamic team as an Editor responsible for transforming AI-generated drafts into polished, publish-ready content that meets strict regulatory standards and serves patients effectively. In this fast-paced role, you will be a key player in a high-volume editorial pipeline, ensuring that patient-journey content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines. Working closely with both AI tools and a collaborative editorial team, you'll influence content strategy and contribute to impactful health information delivery at scale.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of editorial or content writing experience in regulated fields such as healthcare, pharma, legal, or financial services
- Proven expertise working with AI tools in editorial workflows, including editing and refining AI-generated drafts
- Strong on-page SEO knowledge, including intent matching, header structure, internal linking, and schema implementation
- Experience producing high-volume content within a structured content program
- Familiarity with formal review processes and giving/receiving constructive feedback
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Knowledge of patient-centered content strategies and the ability to write with a patient-first perspective
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working within search engine optimization teams or digital marketing
- Familiarity with managing content performance signals and applying learnings to future content
- Background in data-driven content strategies and performance feedback loops
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced editorial environment
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional editorial experience, with healthcare or regulated content preferred
