Are you a creative spark looking for a flexible role with real-world impact? We are seeking a proactive marketer to join a thriving property brand, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to bring their digital presence to life through high-energy content creation and strategic social media management.
The Role
- Planning, producing, and scheduling engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to drive community interaction.
- Capturing high-quality photo and video content on-site to build a library of dynamic digital assets for multichannel marketing.
- Designing eye-catching printed marketing materials and physical collateral in line with established brand guidelines using Adobe Suite.
- Assisting with the end-to-end planning and promotion of live community events, including real-time social media coverage.
- Executing email marketing campaigns to maintain direct engagement with residents and stakeholders.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a Marketing Assistant, Social Media Creator, or Coordinator role with a strong portfolio of visual content.
- Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) and Canva for professional graphic design.
- Experience using social media scheduling tools and managing professional brand accounts on TikTok and Instagram.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and represent the brand at live events.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle to travel between local sites for content capture.
