We're looking for a Marketing & Content Executive to join our team!

OSCAR is an on-demand home services app offering 150+ fixed-price tasks within a 30-minute reach. A well-funded startup, we have already achieved notable recognition in the industry, on a fast track to becoming one of Europe's top players in home services.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our marketing team works in a centralised way across three markets — Spain, Portugal, and the UK — which means you'll be contributing to a brand that speaks to very different audiences, all at once. Deep knowledge of the Portuguese market is a big plus for this role. You'll work hand in hand mostly with me 🙂 and be a fundamental part of how the brand grows and shows up across all three markets.
Here's where you'll make an impact:
- Content Creation: One of your core responsibilities will be creating content. This is a key part of the role. If you love being in front of the camera, we want to hear from you.
- Email & Push Marketing: Help plan and execute campaigns in Braze — from copy to design to deployment. HTML knowledge is a plus, but something we're happy to work through together.
- Social Media: Support the creation and coordination of content across our channels, helping bring the OSCAR voice to life — witty, bold, and a little irreverent.
- UGC & Creator Management: Full creator journey — from reaching out to creators, negotiating, closing deals, co-writing scripts, all the way to supervising live campaigns and managing ongoing relationships. Across all 3 markets.
- Campaigns: From the very beginning — help brainstorm and shape monthly campaign ideas and think through how each one will be distributed across channels.
ABOUT YOU
✔️ Portugal-based — remote-first, with the option to work from our Lisbon office
✔️ Fluent in Portuguese and English
✔️ Confident and natural on camera — this is a core part of the job
✔️ Creative, curious, and full of ideas you actually want to execute
✔️ Open-minded and comfortable thinking across cultures and markets
✔️ AI-savvy — bonus points if you use AI tools to work smarter
✔️ Some design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar) — a plus
✔️ Video editing skills — a great addition that'll make you stand out
✔️ 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content, or a similar role
