Summary

An international leather handbags, footwear and accessories lifestyle brand, requires a highly organized professional to oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns across email, SMS/MMS, and our ecommerce site. This role will serve as a key connector between our marketing, photo studio, and copy teams—ensuring all content is aligned, delivered on time, and optimized to drive engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Channel Management

· Design, and execute email and SMS/MMS marketing campaigns

· Build and schedule campaigns within marketing platforms (e.g., Attentive)

· Design, streamline navigation, and maintain the front-end of the website with current digital content and in-stock product.

· Create and maintain shops, collections, and all category pages on the site.

Content Coordination & Production

· Act as a liaison between photo studio, copywriting, and marketing teams.

· Coordinate timelines and deliverables for email and SMS campaigns.

· Ensure all creative assets (imagery, copy, product details) are cohesive and on-brand.

· Organize and prepare content for use across email, SMS, and ecommerce channels.

Ecommerce Merchandising

· Manage homepage, landing pages, and collection layouts.

· Merchandise products to align with campaigns and maximize conversion.

· Ensure product presentation, imagery, and messaging are accurate and compelling.

Cross-Functional Alignment

· Ensure marketing campaigns and onsite experience are fully aligned.

· Coordinate content rollout across all customer touchpoints.

· Communicate priorities and deadlines across teams.

Performance & Optimization

· Track and analyze campaign and site performance.

· Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue.

· Support A/B testing of messaging, creative, and merchandising strategies.

· Oversee staff responsible for product photography and other customer deliverables, including all print and in-store brand collateral, look books, directives, hangtags, and other branding materials.

· Update website content frequently and provide material (banners, photos, logos) for external websites.

Technical Skills Required

· Experience with automated email marketing campaigns.

· Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.

· Experience in fashion industry preferred.

· Strong project management and organizational skills.

· Experience with retail product photography a plus.

· Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud Required. Particular focus on InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom

· Functional understanding of backend website management and team-based content management processes

· Functional understanding of Google Analytics

Minimum Qualifications:

Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, E-Commerce, Web design or related degree or equivalent combination of education and/or training strongly preferred. 3-5 years experience required. Must have management experience. Work samples or URL’s of recent work required.
