Role Purpose
Support firm growth by executing brand-aligned content and communication strategies that strengthen market presence, equip the sales team, and increase inbound engagement across Stokes & Company and Paysmart.
This role ensures the firm communicates clearly, consistently, and professionally to clients, prospects, and the broader market while supporting the business development team with effective marketing materials and messaging.
Core Responsibilities
Content & Communication Execution
- Execute content strategy across website, email marketing, and social channels
- Maintain an active, professional presence on LinkedIn and Instagram for both Stokes & Company and Paysmart
- Develop case studies and client success stories that highlight the firm’s value and expertise
- Support internal and external communication initiatives aligned with firm messaging
Sales Support & Marketing Materials
- Develop and maintain sales collateral and presentation materials (digital and printed)
- Support the business development team with industry-specific marketing materials and messaging
- Assist with preparation of branded materials for networking events, conferences, and client gatherings
Brand Management
- Protect and enforce brand standards across all marketing assets and communications
- Ensure messaging is consistent across platforms, materials, and firm entities
- Maintain alignment with firm messaging and growth narrative established by leadership
Campaign & Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in executing email marketing campaigns for prospects and existing clients
- Support digital advertising initiatives as directed by the Director of Business Development
- Track engagement metrics and campaign performance
Scorecard / Measurables
- Inbound Lead Growth
- Social Media Impressions and Engagement Growth

The firm maintains a consistent, professional, and engaging brand presence. Social channels are active and aligned with firm messaging. Sales-supported content is produced regularly. Inbound engagement increases year over year, and messaging remains unified across Stokes & Company and Paysmart.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
