We are working with a private equity-owned global manufacturer of industrial equipment. The company manufactures spray finishing and fluid handling equipment and sells through distributors and direct channels. The company is headquartered in the US and has manufacturing operations in the US, UK, Germany, and Japan.
Our client is seeking a full-time Marketing Communications Manager to oversee Marketing Communications (MarCom) and further strengthen the company's brand presence while accelerating lead generation and customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of MarCom, including brand strategy development and execution, digital marketing initiatives, trade show and event management, content creation, and PR/communications activities. The mission is to deliver marketing outcomes that directly contribute to business growth. Working closely with the global headquarters and regional teams, you will lead marketing activities in the Japanese market.
The key qualifications for the role include:
Required:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in manufacturing or equipment (including 3+ years in MarCom)
- Strong digital marketing experience (web, social media, marketing automation, SEO/SEM)
- Experience in planning and managing trade shows and events
- Can speak Japanese, Korean, and English; Business-level English (TOEIC 800+), with the ability to communicate with global HQ
- Team management experience (2+ members)
- Experience managing marketing budgets
Preferred
- Knowledge of industrial equipment, automation, coating/painting, or adhesion technologies
- Experience with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience working on global projects or international assignments
- MBA degree
