About the role

We're looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Associate to join our North America Marketing team.

You'll support the execution of marketing initiatives across Kendamil, Kendakids, and future brand launches throughout the US and wider North America region. This role is central to keeping our marketing operations running smoothly, providing support across social media, influencer and ambassador management, product sampling, events, digital content, community management, and fulfilment coordination.

We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day management of Kendamil's social media channels, engaging with our community and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist with the coordination of our Brand Ambassador and influencer programmes, including relationship management, content tracking, and campaign reporting.
  • Manage product sampling, gifting, and fulfilment logistics, ensuring timely delivery to influencers, healthcare professionals, partners, and events.
  • Help plan and deliver consumer events, conferences, and trade shows, coordinating logistics and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Maintain digital content across retailer websites, ensuring product information and assets are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns through reporting, creative project coordination, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Organise marketing meetings, maintain project trackers, and provide day-to-day operational support to keep the marketing team running efficiently.
  • Monitor social trends, identify engagement opportunities, and contribute ideas that help grow brand awareness and strengthen our community.

Qualification and experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, brand management, ecommerce support, or a similar role (agency or in-house)
  • Strong writing and communication skills, especially in parent-facing channels
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic project management tools
  • Experience with social platforms and community management best practices
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events (approx. 5–10%).

Nice to have

  • Experience in FMCG, food & drink, infant nutrition, or healthcare
