Learning & Development Associate (AI Content Creation, 1-year Contract) Jobs in Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR at HKT
This position will support the Learning & Organisational Development team within Group HR in delivering an enterprise-wide learning, engagement and AI literacy campaign across PCCW-HKT. The role focuses on creating engaging digital learning content, supporting campaign coordination and assisting with learning activities and events.
Your Role:
- Leverage AI tools to support learning content development, such as short videos, reels, visuals, infographics, and micro-learning assets
- Support the planning, internal communication and execution of employee learning campaigns, including AI literacy and digital upskilling
- Publish and manage content on internal digital channels and social collaboration platforms, help ensure content is clear, timely and aligned with learning objectives
- Assist in organising on-site workshops, learning events, and engagement activities
- Track engagement and collect feedback to improve content and campaign effectiveness
- Provide general project and administrative support for the learning campaign and other talent initiatives
To Succeed in this Role:
- Undergraduate student in Media, Digital Design, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
- Interest in digital content creation, visual communication, employee engagement, organizational culture
- Familiar with content creation tools such as Canva, iSpring or other AI tools for visual and video content development is an advantage
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, including writing effective prompts, generating visuals, and refining messaging
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with ability to develop learning materials for a diverse and global employee audience
- Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Willingness to support on-site learning events when required
