RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all company social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Plan, schedule and publish engaging content across all social media channels
- Create creative captions, reels, videos, stories and visual content for digital platforms
- Respond professionally to messages and comments received on all channels
- Monitor social media engagement and audience to optimise content performance
- Develop storytelling concepts to showcase properties, experiences and initiatives
- Identify and coordinate collaborations with influencers, brands and industry partners
- Plan and support marketing campaigns, promotions and digital initiatives
- Collaborate with Ads Consultant to produce visual content for advertising campaigns
- Visit properties regularly to capture authentic photo and video content
- Coordinate and supervise photo and video shoots with the company Photographer
- Design visual marketing assets including social media graphics, flyers and promotions
- Support the creation of brochures, presentations and other marketing materials
- Maintain and organise the company’s visual asset library (photos, videos and graphics)
- Ensure strong brand consistency across all marketing platforms and visuals
- Coordinate with Sales, Revenue and other departments on marketing initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
- Previous experience in Bali hospitality (property management or boutique hotels).
- Highly creative with a strong eye for visual storytelling and content creation.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and able to take initiative independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Excellent written English and copywriting skills.
- Curious, motivated and passionate about marketing and hospitality.
