About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Content Creator Coordinator to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who loves social media, content creation, beauty, and retail. You will support the execution of marketing campaigns, create engaging content, assist with events and activations, and help bring our brands to life across digital and in-store channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
* Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
* Capture photos and videos in-store, at events, and during product launches.
* Edit short-form video content, including reels and TikToks.
* Assist in writing captions, newsletters, and promotional content.
* Help maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all platforms.
Social Media Support
* Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar.
* Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
* Research social media trends, viral content, and competitor activity.
* Assist with influencer gifting and collaboration activities.
Marketing Coordination
* Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
* Assist with in-store activations, events, and brand launches.
* Coordinate marketing materials and point-of-sale assets for stores.
* Liaise with suppliers, agencies, influencers, and internal teams when required.
* Help organise product samples, marketing stock, and campaign materials.
Administration & Reporting
* Maintain content calendars and campaign trackers.
* Assist with compiling monthly marketing reports.
* Support the team with general administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
* Support shopify and E-commerce activities
What We’re Looking For
* Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (or currently studying).
* Passion for social media, content creation, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
* Comfortable filming and appearing in content when required.
* Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Photography and video editing skills are a plus but not essential.
* A valid driver’s license would be a plus but not essential.
