Position Overview:
HC Beauty is seeking a hybrid Marketing and Communications Specialist in Charlotte, NC, to lead marketing initiatives, social media management and graphic design services and to oversee the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency. This position will be responsible for organizational and creative tasks to standardize and improve communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Communications Strategy
- Collaborates with leadership and other teams to generate new Marketing ideas
- Strategic review of historical efforts, improving and redesigning as needed
- Manage the company communications calendar by integrating product launches, education, promotions, and internal initiatives across multiple brand partners.
- Manage all email and SMS campaigns.
- Manage Meta advertising campaigns to increase website traffic, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Support brand partner relationships through coordinated marketing initiatives, launch support, education planning, and promotional execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts with Sales, Education, and Operations teams.
Digital Marketing and Print Marketing Collateral
- Create and design all marketing materials
- Develop content and direct creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message.
- Curate and Create content for all social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook)
- Manage website content and design
- Maintain HC Beauty's brand identity across all customer-facing channels.
- Create and design all marketing materials, which include, catalagos, education marketing assets, sales support materials, event materials, salon displays, product launch fliers.
- Conceptualize, schedule and coordinate all photography and videography needed for HC Beauty
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or similar with prior experience in a marketing role.
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with paid ads and content creation
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary starting at $50,000
- Uncapped commission
