What You Will Do
- Provide proactive diary and travel management for two commercially reactive founders, navigating frequently changing schedules and international itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, artists, and investors, representing the leadership with professional warmth and discretion.
- Manage diverse responsibilities ranging from meeting briefing notes and action tracking to personal requests like gifts, reservations, and lifestyle support.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience supporting founders or C-suite executives within fast-paced creative industries such as music, media, or entertainment.
