Manager, Content Creative & Brand Image Jobs in Shanghai, China at TORY BURCH

JOB SUMMARY

Supporting the growth of the brand’s business and the content need for international markets, the Manager for Content Creative and Brand Image will be working in conjunction with the global, international and local Marketing & eCommerce and Creative teams to develop and manage the international content strategy and production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

International Content Development and Management

  • Plan and develop annual local content strategy and cadence for international markets (including Greater China, Rest of Asia, Japan, EU & Middle East).
  • Align the objectives and creative concepts of each project(s) cross functionally to ensure best-in-class on-brand content creation
  • Work closely with the headquarters and relevant regional teams to manage project timeline and deliverables
  • Follow up and follow through on local content creation process, e.g. product message maps, shot list development, agency briefing, on site shooting management and post production
  • Be the gatekeeper of the product message map for the international markets. Constantly looking for efficiency in content creation
  • Budget management
  • Track the effectiveness of the assets created with a mindset of optimization

Enhance Local Relevancy and Control Brand Image

  • Drive and produce content for local markets to tell the brand stories/ messages in the unique and local resonated approach
  • In partnership with headquarters, manage and propose the styling, hair and make up which work for local markets.
  • Conduct trends and market study to reflect content trends
  • Provide feedback and input on market needs, especially on social platforms (e.g. Instagram, Red Note, DouYin, etc.) to HQ
  • Manage the global campaign local adaption (if necessary)

Build Local Creative Hub

  • Identify, propose and manage external partners for each campaign(s) which included but not limited to creative agency, photographer, videographer, set designer, media, etc.
  • Work with HQ to build and enhance the local content capability, build a local creative talent pool, which covers producers, illustrators, designers, copywriters, studios, etc. for long-term collaboration.

PROFILE

  • Minimum 5+ years working experience, preferably in Creative, Fashion or Beauty sector
  • Proven work record in local content creation in a must
  • Video editing, photoshop and design skill would be a plus
  • University degree in Marketing, Creative, Media, Art or related disciplines
  • Previous exposure in media or social platforms is a plus
  • Creative candidate who can think outside of the box
  • Strong interpersonal skills – Candidate should be able to drive big picture goals; work with people with different backgrounds. Adaptability and flexibility are key personality traits
  • Must be able to efficiently communicate the brands’ vision to external vendors
  • Professional fluency for spoken and written English is a must
