Salary Range: $1,500 – $2,000 USD ($) per month

About the Role:
They are hiring a proactive Marketing Assistant / Operator to support execution across multiple client accounts.
This is not a task-based VA role. The ideal candidate will take ownership of work end-to-end, think independently, and contribute ideas — not just follow instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Creative
- Create social media content (captions, carousels, posts)
- Use design tools and AI to produce high-quality assets
- Collaborate with creatives (video, photo, editing)
Marketing Operations
- Manage links, automations, and campaign workflows
- Troubleshoot basic platform or system issues
- Ensure smooth execution across client accounts
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics
- Identify insights and suggest improvements
- Support campaign optimisation
Task & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple tasks across clients
- Coordinate via messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Use AI tools to increase speed and quality of output
Required Qualification & Skills:
- 2–4+ years in marketing, social media, or digital operations
- Strong communication skills (clear, confident, proactive)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or similar
