4–6 years of hands‑on experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic v7 and above)
·Strong understanding of email marketing concepts and digital marketing terminology
·Hands‑on experience with workflow configuration, targeting, and batch campaign execution
·Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and basic scripting for email creative development and edits
·Experience with email personalization, dynamic content, and template‑based development
·Knowledge of email rendering standards and cross‑client compatibility
·Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts
·Experience working with proofing, testing, and QA cycles before campaign deployment
·Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, delivery‑driven environment
· Strong communication skills for coordination with onshore/offshore teams and program managers
