- Identify, recruit, and collaborate with KOLs and content creators to promote the brand across social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring long-term partnerships and successful campaign execution.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with influencers to maximize ROI.
- Monitor influencer content performance, analyze campaign data, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and competitor strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, E-Commerce, product) to align influencer content with brand messaging and promotional goals.
- Write the content angle brief for each campaign.
Job Requirements
- Experienced in relevant beauty industry.
- Network & Outreach Strong connections with influencers and the ability to identify the right KOLs for different campaigns.
- Negotiation & Communication Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage influencer relationships and secure optimal partnerships.
- Project Management Strong organizational skills to manage multiple influencer collaborations and campaigns simultaneously.
