Yes Organik Singapore is looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to support the growth of our Singapore market across multiple e-commerce and digital platforms.
This is not a generic VA role.
We are looking for someone who understands both marketing and e-commerce operations, can work independently with minimal supervision, and is comfortable handling a fast-paced digital retail environment.
You will be handling international brands including:
- Nudy Rudy
- Wavertree & London
Job Details
- Full-time remote position
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Singapore Time
- Occasionally required to respond to urgent customer, stock, or operational matters during weekends or public holidays
- Independent contractor arrangement
- Monthly compensation: IDR 7,000,000 with + unlimited performance-based incentives from online sales
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Tmall, and Taobao
- Upload and manage product listings, pricing, promotions, bundles, and campaigns
- Coordinate stock updates and monitor inventory requirements
- Handle customer inquiries and marketplace chat support
- Assist with order fulfillment coordination and operational troubleshooting
- Create and schedule social media content
- Support influencer outreach and coordination
- Run and monitor Meta Ads campaigns
- Track sales performance and marketplace growth
- Prepare reports and assist with campaign analysis
- Support occasional online/offline campaign and bazaar preparations when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce operations
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopee and Shopify
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred
- Proficient in Canva and Meta Ads
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fast response time and ability to work independently
- Comfortable handling repetitive operational and administrative tasks
- Able to balance both creative and operational responsibilities
- Comfortable appearing on camera when needed
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability

- Generic virtual assistants with only basic admin experience
- Candidates with only theoretical marketing knowledge
- Applicants who rely heavily on constant supervision
- People who are slow to respond or struggle under operational pressure
