Role Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Partnership Executive to join our team in Berlin. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on generating revenue, building strategic partnerships, and expanding iDesign’s customer base.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and developing long-term relationships with clients and partners. You will play a key role in scaling the company’s sales pipeline and driving growth.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: 7000 (monthly)
  • Commission: Attractive commission on every closed deal and generated sales (uncapped earning potential)
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
    • Present iDesign’s products and services to potential clients
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals
    • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, marketing) to ensure successful delivery
    • Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM tools
    • Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking opportunities
  • Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
    • Experience in startups, creative industries, or manufacturing is a plus
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
    • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
