Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Tripoli. The Content Creator will develop and produce engaging content for digital channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns, to highlight ZYMTA HOME’s products and brand story. Daily tasks include planning and executing content calendars, writing product descriptions and promotional copy, capturing and editing photos or short-form videos, and collaborating with marketing and design teams on campaigns. The role also involves monitoring content performance, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity. The Content Creator will stay up to date with trends in home décor and digital media to generate fresh ideas that resonate with the target audience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in content ideation, storytelling, and copywriting for digital platforms (e.g., social posts, website copy, captions).
- Experience creating visual content, such as basic photography, videography, and editing using common design or editing tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices, especially for brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage a content calendar, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
- Attention to detail, brand consistency, and basic understanding of SEO principles for online content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with marketing, sales, and store teams on-site.
- Previous experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field; experience in home décor, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred; ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences is an advantage.
