What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain clear, structured ad accounts.
- Test creatives (single-variable approach) and landing pages.
- Scale winning ads while keeping accounts organized and efficient.
- Take ownership of the feedback loop between creative and strategy teams.
- Manage reporting systems (creative tracking sheets, weekly performance reviews).
- Launch campaigns based on clear hypotheses — never blindly.
- Identify opportunities and performance gaps to improve results.
- Stay sharp: monitor competitors, collect winning angles, and bring fresh ideas.

You’ll work closely with:
- Strategists across multiple accounts
- Head of Media Buying and CMO for ongoing feedback and development
