The Role
• Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid media, and web channels.
• Orchestrate complex project timelines and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of brand initiatives.
• Collaborate directly with Brand and Creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and high-quality donor promotions.
• Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional stakeholders, translating data-driven insights into actionable business outcomes.
• Manage content posting across digital channels and oversee asset delivery to ensure global brand consistency.
What You'll Need
• 2+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Project Management, or Communications.
• Hands-on experience with Project Management software and a deep understanding of digital marketing channel optimization.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives while influencing stakeholder decisions through persuasive communication.
• Strong critical thinking skills with a track record of experimentation and process improvement in changing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of experience).
