The Role
• Own the monthly creative planning process for paid media campaigns.
• Execute end-to-end go-to-market asset deployment across digital and paid media channels.
• Manage and evaluate asset performance, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Traffic new creative assets to media partners and manage launch timelines.
• Develop insights and produce reports on campaign creative effectiveness for leadership.
• Analyze campaign performance data to drive creative strategy and budget allocation.
What You'll Need
• 2-4 years of recent marketing experience in planning, creating, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Self-starter mentality, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to launch initiatives and continuously improve performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
