Sales and Marketing Associate Job Description
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Associate with a strong foundation in graphic design to support sales, marketing, and advertising initiatives that drive company revenue and brand visibility. This role blends client interaction with hands-on creative production, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and visual execution.
Key responsibilities include updating company websites and event listings, designing compelling marketing materials for print and digital platforms, creating social media content, and supporting the event planner with customer follow-up. While you will engage with clients to book events, a significant portion of your time will be dedicated to campaign development, visual branding, ad design, and content creation.
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable translating marketing objectives into visually engaging assets, maintaining brand consistency across platforms, and communicating effectively with both clients and internal teams.
Sales and Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials for print, digital, and social media platforms
- Maintain and update website content and event listings with a focus on visual appeal and user experience
- Develop and execute social media content that drives engagement and brand awareness
- Collaborate on advertising campaigns, including concept development, layout design, and asset creation
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
- Support event marketing efforts with promotional graphics and follow-up communications
- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals
- Support the sales team by processing payments and managing aspects of the sales cycle
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and campaign results to inform future creative direction and strategy
Sales and Marketing Associate Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Strong eye for design, layout, typography, and brand consistency
- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact (or similar) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to accept direction and collaborate effectively on creative and marketing initiatives
- Strong communication and customer service skills
